- Hey Aori! Why does anyone have to be responsible? It was an accident. Plain and simple. No one to blame. And if you think the mother needs to be blamed, there's not one word, thought or action you can do that would make her feel any more responsible - or the father.

Yes. The family is knowingly violating the rules of the community.
- 55+ communities are LEGAL if set up properly (state by state) and is not discriminating - learn the law before you spew
- Never seen such ignorant responses. People just talk to hear themselves talking. You can't sue the HOA. It's deed restricted - the grandparents knew it when they bought in. It seems that the HOA has been quite lenient - which is good and bad.
